UPR Forum > Description

The UPR is the unit space/time progression ratio of one unit of space increase for every unit of time increase. It follows from the 1st fundamental postulate of the RST that posits that the physical universe is composed entirely of one component, motion, existing in three dimensions, in discrete units, and with two reciprocal aspects, space and time. This motion is necessarily scalar motion, because it is logically prior to physical objects in the universe of motion. The increase of its space aspect is simply an increase in a space quantity, just as the increase of its time aspect is simply an increase in a time quantity. This motion constitutes the initial condition of the universe of motion.
